1) Booking and Confirmation

• A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving the agreed advance payment and written confirmation from our team.
• Quoted prices and availability are subject to change until booking confirmation is issued.
• Itinerary sequencing may change based on weather, permits, road conditions, and operational constraints.

2) Pricing and Payment Terms

• Package pricing is generally based on occupancy type, season, and inclusions listed at quotation stage.
• Final balance must be paid as per the schedule shared in your confirmation document.
• Price revisions may apply if there are major fuel, tax, permit, or supplier-rate changes before departure.
• GST, invoicing, and applicable taxes will be shown as per the booking quotation or invoice issued for your trip.

3) Inclusions and Exclusions

Trip inclusions/exclusions vary by package and are clearly mentioned in your final itinerary. Items not explicitly listed as included will be treated as excluded.

4) Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate traveler details and valid contact information.
• Carry required ID proofs, permits, and supporting documents.
• Follow local regulations, hotel rules, and safety instructions from drivers/guides.
• Report any issues promptly during the trip for timely resolution.

5) Permits, IDs, and Route Restrictions

Certain routes, border areas, and protected destinations may require permits, identity documents, or pre-approval. Travelers must provide accurate documents within the timelines requested. We are not responsible for delays or denial caused by incomplete, invalid, or late-submitted documents.

6) Changes by Traveler

Any request for date, route, hotel, or transport changes after confirmation is subject to operational feasibility and supplier policies. Additional charges may apply.

7) Changes Due to Force Majeure

Events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, strikes, roadblocks, political disruptions, severe weather, authority restrictions) may cause delays, reroutes, or cancellations. In such cases, travelers must bear actual additional costs for alternate arrangements unless otherwise covered in writing.

8) Liability Limitation

We act as a facilitator with service partners (hotels, transporters, activity operators). While we coordinate quality support, we are not liable for indirect losses caused by third-party service failures, personal negligence, late arrivals, or unforeseen external events.

9) Health and Safety

Travelers should assess medical fitness for high-altitude and remote itineraries. We recommend personal travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, evacuation, and trip interruption.

10) Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India. For disputes, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith discussion. If unresolved, the matter will be subject to the competent courts at Siliguri, West Bengal, unless a different written arrangement is agreed for a specific booking.

11) Governing Understanding

By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept these terms along with package-specific policy notes shared at confirmation.
